On our floor plans page, our reserved apartments for income qualified living options are listed with floor plans labeled with “EH”. In addition to our 1.9x monthly rent requirement, please refer to the graph below for the requirements for the entire household to qualify. All applicants must apply, meet the income qualifications outlined in the chart below, and provide all required documentation within 7 calendar days of initial application.
